Upon arrival at ALPHA SKYDIVING CENTER, all jumpers will be required to fill out a registration form and sign a liability release (waiver) before jumping. This release will verify that the person understands that there are risks involved in skydiving and that the participant freely agrees to accept those risks.
Skydive the Dream of Flight
In Tandem Skydiving the student is wearing a harness attached to a tandem Instructor. The Instructor guides the student through the jump from initial instruction, harnessing up, exiting the aircraft through freefall, piloting the canopy, and landing. The student needs only minimal instruction before making a tandem jump. Freefall lasts from 30 to 50 seconds, depending on jump altitude and the combined weight of the student and instructor. The tandem pair exits the aircraft at an altitude between 10,000 to 13,000 feet and descends together under a single large ram-air parachute using dual steering controls to fly to a precision landing.

REQUIREMENTS

- In order to perform a tandem skydive, you need to be 18 years or older.
- You must have some form of valid photo ID with you.
- Tandem student must weigh no more than 220lbs.
- No consuming drugs or alcohol on the day of your jump.
- Everyone must obey airport and dropzone rules.
- If you have any questions or concerns regarding your ability to safely skydive, consult your doctor before you decide to jump.
